Generative art is for me a tool to create abstract visuals with "human handwriting", to give myself some room to reflect on what I see. To find correlations in data and invent stories around that. It's a creative process, it's my way of exploring the world through data.

The results of working with generative art are always new, surprising and sometimes even unexpected. The process is open-ended, you never know if the next run will look like the previous one or it will be completely different. So its a very exploratory way of working which I love!
